On our store, at pop-ups, and to the boutiques we place you in, landnpop sells with your stock, on your behalf. Your stock stays yours, start to finish: we sell it for you, we never buy it from you.

What we run for you
Selling in Singapore takes real operational work: the channels you sell through, the stock, the payouts. We run it, so you show up and sell.
When you're selling

Once you're selling, you're on a plan. One number every month: your plan's minimum, or its rate on net sales, whichever is higher. Net sales means what you receive, not the price your customer paid. You pay one or the other, never both.
Every plan runs for six months minimum. Long enough for listings to go live, stock to land, the first sales to come in, and one restock on what actually sold. After that it's month by month.
That number is our fee for running your Singapore operation. Your stock stays yours the whole time: we never buy or own it.

If you sell beauty, we handle the compliance.
Singapore has its own rules for cosmetics: the ingredients allowed, the label required, and who stands behind the product once it's sold. If your brand is skincare, makeup, or fragrance, we can be that Responsible Person for you, one less thing to sort out yourself.
This only applies if you sell beauty products. There's no equivalent step for fashion.
